Kidnapped 12-year-old boy found dead in Haiti (Miami Herald)

U.N. police say a kidnapped 12-year-old boy has been killed in Haiti after his parents could not pay a ransom. U.N. mission spokeswoman Sophie Boutaud de la Combe said the boy's body was found Saturday, four days after he was abducted in the southeastern town of Grande Ravine.
